LINED PIPES & FITTINGS
We are manufacturing our own paste extruded Liners. And we have state of the art modern machineries for injection moulding which leads us to do lining in Fittings up to 24 INCHES. We are also providing PFA Sheet Lining in large diameter piping up to 48 INCHES.

Our product range includes: Lined Pipes, 90- & 45-Degree Elbows, Tee’s, Reducers, Sight Glasses & Flanges.

We are using world’s best PTFE Fine powder & PFA Resin includes: DuPont, 3M Dyneon & GFL.

LINED VALVES:
Moulding is our core speciality which endeavour us to manufacture Lined Valves. We are offering PFA Lined Ball Valves, Plug Valves, Check Valves, Butterfly Valves, Diaphragm Valves & Globe Valves. Our valves are 100% injection moulded with PFA resin sourced from 3M Dyneon or DuPont only.

We are offering valves for on-off & control application as well.

Thermoplastic Valves:
Again, using injection moulding technology, we are processing various Thermoplastics mainly PP, PPH & PVDF. We are manufacturing solid plastic valves for corrosive application & product range includes Ball Valve, Ball Check Valve, Butterfly Valve & Sight Glass. We are using resin from world’s best manufacturer including Solvay, LlyondelBasell & Reliance.

We are offering on-off & control application valves again in Thermoplastic Valves as well.

Rubber Lined Valves
We are manufacturing Diaphragm Valve with Rubber Lining. And option in lining will be Natural Rubber, Ebonite (Hard), Butyl, Hypalon, EPDM, Neoprene and Viton.

FRP Pipes & Fittings
We are offering hand layup & filament wound pipes ranging from 50 mm NB to 3600 mm NB, made using Filament Winding Machines. These pipes being mechanically very strong and can withstand high pressure and vacuum. We offer, these pipes from various resins like Isophthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol and other imported resin. These pipes can also be made of dual laminated plastics like PVC-FRP, CPVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP, PP-FRP, FEP-FRP etc.
